For almost 30 years the Q-Kidz Dance Team has been entirely locally funded. It's important to Marquicia that there be no fee for a Q-Kid to join as she wants all the girls in the community to be able to participate, regardless of their family income.  Bake-sales and BBQs at the local recreation center have been the group's main source of financing.  Last year, Sterling Medical, with help from the Bootsy Collins Foundation, raised money for sparkly gold & blue uniforms for the girls to perform in.

This year we have put the ball in motion to start a Q-Kidz Fund so that tax-deductible donations may be made directly to the group. The fund will cover basic expenses such as utilities, travel costs, and uniforms. Our long-term goal is to find a space in downtown Cincinnati that serves as a safe haven and meet-up spot for the girls. In the meantime, if you would like to make a donation to the team, you can use the Paypal link below.  If you'd like more information, please email us through the contact/booking page.

We offer our deepest gratitude to those whose support has helped to enhance the lives of so many of these beautiful kidz.

We will post news of the Q-Kidz Fund as it progresses.

Thank you,

Lindsey Rome
